Refund policy

• ORDER CANCELLATION

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• CHANGES TO ORDERS

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once fulfillment has begun, we may not be able to make changes to your order.

• RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned complete, including all components and original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns of unused Tiny Architecture Sets in their original condition and original packaging.

Items that have been assembled, modified, damaged by the customer, or returned without all original components are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of use, assembly, modification, damage, missing components, or inadequate packaging.

• DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs where relevant.

We will replace any damaged, incorrect, or missing components at no additional cost.

• RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

For exchanges, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with sending replacement items.

• CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information when placing an order. 

• OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to inventory issues, production constraints, payment concerns, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
